equipped and opened on November 9, 2005
on the occasion of the celebration:

- of the 125^th anniversary of the great Zagreb earthquake
- of the 100^th anniversary of the Zagreb seismological station establishment
- of the 70^th anniversary of the death of A. Mohorovičić
